The Wellness Zone is an outdoor pool type 'Infinity Pool' with an outdoor Jacuzzi. The lakeside hotel also offers an indoor pool, a Jacuzzi and a sauna complex. In the sauna area we can also relax in the relaxation room. From the entire wellness area you can enjoy the beautiful panorama of Lake Rożnowskie.

In autumn and winter, the pool is heated to 5°C, making it an ideal place for swimming, after which you can warm yourself in the outdoor jacuzzi or sauna.

TEMPERATURE 85° - 100°C

It is characterized by high temperature and at the same time very low air humidity of only 10 — 15%.
At such a high temperature you can stay 8-12 min. The bath consists of 3 cycles: heating — cooling — relaxation.

TEMPERATURE 45° - 60°C

The temperature in the steam sauna is about 45 - 60 °C, while the air has a very high humidity (up to 100%), which makes the temperature felt much higher. The lower temperature means that you can stay in the steam sauna for longer than in the dry sauna, for up to 15 minutes. A typical session is two entrances of 15 minutes or 3 entrances of 10 mi of notes.

TEMPERATURE 50° - 60°C

An infrared sauna is a type of sauna in which infrared heaters are used in place of a traditional stove. They emit infrared radiation, which heats up the sauna to about 50 - 60 °C, and the air humidity does not exceed 25%. This radiation penetrates the skin to a depth of 4.5 cm, thereby warming the body, so you can stay in the infrared sauna for up to 30 minutes.

In the biosauna, the temperature is maintained at 40-60 °C and the humidity of the air is about 40%. Biosauna is a variety of dry sauna. The séance in the biosauna is often accompanied by an element of aromatherapy. You can stay in it from 15 to 30 minutes.
